Digitizing/Vectorization
We offer expert digitizing and vectorization services, ensuring your designs are accurately transformed into high-quality formats that are suitable for embroidery and printing. Digitizing converts artwork into a file readable by embroidery machines, while vectorization turns raster images (like JPGs or PNGs) into scalable vector files (such as AI or EPS) for high-resolution printing. These services ensure your designs are represented precisely, whether they are for embroidered logos or print-ready artwork.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a cutting-edge printing method used to transfer vibrant, full-color images onto fabric and other products. Our cut-and-sew service enables us to design and manufacture custom garments from scratch. We cut fabric rolls into specific shapes and sizes based on your design, then sew them together to create fully customized apparel. This service is perfect for clients looking for unique styles or specialized fits. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need something entirely custom, we can help bring your vision to life.
Apparel Design
Our apparel design service offers expert assistance in creating custom clothing that aligns with your brand’s identity. Fulfillment

AthPro Wear specializes in a variety of custom patches, including embroidered, sublimated, chenille, leather, woven, and sequin patches. Patches are a great way to personalize apparel, hats, bags, and more. They can be used for branding, uniforms, merchandise, or to commemorate special events. Our patches are crafted to your exact specifications, with quick turnaround times and competitive pricing. Whether you need a small batch or large volume, we deliver high-quality patches that enhance your products.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
The following minimum order quantities apply:
Sportswear: 50 to 100 pieces
Sublimation: 100 pieces
Cut and Sew: 100 to 200 pieces
Patches: 50 to 100 pieces
Headwear: 50 to 100 pieces
PRICING
Samples: $70 per piece
Designs: $150 per design
Digitizing: $20-$50
Setup: $10 per color
Pricing is based on specific order details.
PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For those requiring credit terms, please contact us at (info@athprowear.com).
REFUND POLICY
AthPro Wear LLC offers a 15-day unconditional money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order.
QUOTES
We strive to provide accurate quotes. However, changes in supply availability or price adjustments may affect final pricing. Any price adjustments will be communicated and must be approved by you.
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
All artwork must be submitted in EPS or AI vector format. We will provide a digital proof for your approval, which will include details such as dimensions, colors, and design specifics.
Color Matching: While we aim to match colors as closely as possible, we require Pantone color codes for exact matches. Please note that specialty inks may affect production time and pricing.
Approval: A digital proof will be sent for approval before production. Please ensure the accuracy of your proof, as we are not responsible for any errors once approved.
Prohibited Content: AthPro Wear reserves the right to refuse orders with content deemed sexist, racist, homophobic, or discriminatory.
Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have authorization to use the artwork. AthPro Wear retains ownership of any artwork created by us unless otherwise agreed upon.
Promotional Use: We may use images of completed work for promotional purposes, including on social media or our website, unless otherwise requested.
CHANGE ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Change Orders: After approval of the proof, changes are limited to order quantity adjustments, which may incur additional fees and production time.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are not allowed once production has started. For Cut and Sew orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order is submitted.
TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days for sportswear, apparel, headwear, and patches, and 2-3 weeks for cut-and-sew orders. Rush services are available for an additional fee. AthPro Wear is not responsible for any delays caused by vendors or shipping issues.
DAMAGES AND MISPRINTS
If a product differs from the approved proof or has defects, contact us within seven days for review. We recommend ordering an extra 3% of each product to account for potential discrepancies. We are not responsible for any losses beyond the amount paid for the order.
LEGAL
Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify AthPro Wear from any claims related to the use of supplied artwork and products.
Late Payments: Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Returned checks will incur a $30 fee.
Choice of Law and Venue: Any legal disputes will be governed by New Mexico law, with disputes settled in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
